Order Cancellation. All our products are made-to-order specially for you. Because of this custom production process, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, your order has likely entered the production phase and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges. Because every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please consult the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or an item with a printing error, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible for a replacement/refund, please email us at [hello@emotiff.com] within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo of the damaged item showing the issue.

We will review your case and ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit and the shipping carrier marks it as “lost,” we will send a replacement free of charge. However, if the tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received it, we are not responsible for theft or errors at the delivery location.
